The Master of Puzzles is a techno-thriller by American author Danielle Trussoni. In the autumn of 2007, Mike Brink's life was turned upside down: the hero suffered a brain injury that made him feel different. Mike underwent a bunch of tests, the results of which showed that he was suffering from a rare condition called Sudden Acquired Savant Syndrome: Brink has a perfect photographic memory and the ability to perform instant numerical calculations. For the hero, the whole world has turned into an algorithm, a system with a million variables, a matrix of secrets, puzzles and puzzles... However, this is what gave Mike's life meaning, because every riddle can be solved and every cipher can be broken. That's what he thought before he met Dr Tessalia Moses...
